Coverage Period: 2 Years from the Date of Purchase

1. Scope of Warranty

This warranty policy covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the tool and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship that arise from normal use of the tool.

Tool Breaking: This warranty covers any breakage of the tool that occurs under normal use and conditions.

3. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or any other external causes.

4. Claim

Contact us here to file your warranty. After an assessment, we may replace the ERM.

 

No Fit Return Policy:

The ERM comes with a No Fit Return Policy.

 This policy covers the ERM not fitting into your thru-axle after you purchase the product. To return the ERM, send a message to contact.
